About the Vivos System
The Vivos system is a removable dental appliance, called the DNA Appliance, that uses your genetic potential to expand your jaw to the correct size. By expanding the mouth, the nose is also expanded, creating a larger airway.
Patients do not need to wear the appliance 24/7 to gain the benefits of growth. The appliance is worn in the late afternoon, evening and throughout the night while you sleep, during the day you don't wear anything.
There are many benefits to improved breathing during sleep. Many patients report a decrease in the severity of their sleep apnea, more restful sleep, decrease in high blood pressure, decreased levels of inflammation in the body.

At Rogers and Platt Dental, we have been using the DNA appliance since 2010. Dr. Platt was personally trained by Dr. David Singh, who is the creator of the DNA appliance.
We have successfully treated numerous patients of all ages. It works for children, teens and adults and is successful to help them grow their breathing passages to the proper size that genetically they should have grown as an adolescent.
